凡事简单就好
Keep it simple: children learn best from books with simple illustrations and no manipulative features such as "pop-ups", US researchers say. Their research, involving studies of children aged 20 months and between 30 and 36 months, found that at all ages children learnt best from the simple books. The children's manipulation of the flaps and pull-tabs might have increased their cognitive load such that they could not additionally process what the adult was saying about the book's content, the researchers wrote in the journal Applied Developmental Psychology.

善待自己
I read an article from Time today, something is really striking, a woman who has a high degree sent a message to people with Alzheimer: be gentle with yourself.
This disease requires that you lower your expectations of yourself. That's a hard thing for most of us to do. The fear is losing yourself, knowing that you won't bring this self to the end stage of your life. So I look to build my spirit. I believe in a loving God, and when I'm afraid or down or angry or frustrated, I go outside, whatever the weather, and I pray, "Teach me to be gentle with myself."
